She is stuck in Leh for the past 1 week. Roads to Manali and Nubra are closed due to heavy Rains.
She says the road to Srinagar will probably open tomorrow as the Army is rebuilding the bridge that got washed away. If the road opens she will start off and reach Kargil.

ReplyDeletetake care when stuck up in mountains best way is to just love them they would be kind, was stuck between jispa and baralacha for over 15 days...just take what it gives you with love it will give what you want.

better to ship the bike out and try and catch a plane back. i scrapped through my teeth riding back through gujarat. forget the rain and the waterlogging, the bloody winds are enough to knock u off. its a tripkill, but better safe and sound to try it next year than get stuck or worse.. though if i were there, id still ride back :D
